OGITECH Admission Requirements For ND Applicants

To be eligible for admission into the National Diploma (ND) program at OGITECH, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Candidates applying for full-time ND courses must choose OGITECH as their first or second choice of preferred institution.
Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, obtained in not more than two sittings. Acceptable O’Level examinations include WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB. The five credit passes must include English Language and Mathematics, along with three other subjects relevant to the chosen course of study.
Candidates applying for full-time ND programs must have taken the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) conducted by JAMB.
They must meet the minimum JAMB cut-off mark for polytechnics.
Candidates who wish to apply for the Part-Time ND program are not required to write JAMB but must meet the O’Level requirements.
Applicants should be at least 16 years old at the time of application.

OGITECH HND Admission Requirements

To gain admission into the Higher National Diploma (HND) program at OGITECH, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:-

Applicants must possess a National Diploma (ND) in a relevant field from OGITECH or any recognized polytechnic.
A minimum of Lower Credit (CGPA of 2.50 and above) is required for direct admission into the HND program.
Candidates with a Pass grade (CGPA below 2.50) must provide evidence of at least one year of relevant work experience after their ND qualification.
Candidates must have at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
Applicants must have completed the compulsory one-year Industrial Training (IT) program after their ND. Candidates who graduated with a Pass in ND must have completed a two-year Industrial Training program before applying for HND.
Candidates who obtained their ND from a different institution must submit an official transcript from their previous school to OGITECH.
