Ogun State Institute of Technology HND Admission Requirements

To be eligible for admission into the Higher National Diploma (HND) program at Ogun State Institute of Technology (OGITECH), candidates must meet the following requirements:-

Candidates must have completed a National Diploma (ND) program from a recognized polytechnic with a minimum grade of Lower Credit (CGPA of 2.50).
Graduates of OGITECH or other accredited polytechnics with an ND Certificate not below Lower Credit are eligible to apply.
Candidates with a Pass grade in ND may be considered, provided they have at least two (2) years of relevant industrial work experience.
Applicants must have at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or GCE O’Level. These credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings.
Candidates with Lower Credit in ND must have one (1) year of relevant industrial work experience (SIWES).
Candidates with a Pass grade in ND must have completed two (2) years of post-ND industrial work experience.

Candidates must also provide the following documents:-

Notification of ND Result showing a minimum of Lower Credit.
Letter of One (1) Year Industrial Training (IT) Completion.
Letter of Attestation (To be addressed to the Registrar).
Certificate of State of Origin.
Academic Transcripts (to be sent from the previous institution).
Birth Certificate or Age Declaration.
