Madonna Univesity has commenced the sales of the 2024/2025 post-UTME form. All those who are interested in any of the courses offered at the undergraduate level can apply for this form through the admission portal.

The Madonna University Post-UTME Form 2024/2025 is free of charge, however, candidates who want to conduct the medical examination through the school will be required to pay Six Thousand Naira (N6,000).

All applicants are advised to ensure that they are qualified for admission before applying as underqualified candidates will not be considered for admission.   • To be eligible, all prospective undergraduates must have a minimum JAMB UTME score of 140 in the most recent examination. However, for certain competitive courses, the required cut-off mark is higher: Law (200), Medicine (200), Pharmacy (200), Nursing (200), and Medical Laboratory Science (160). Even if you didn’t choose Madonna University as your first choice, you are still qualified to apply.
  • Candidates must have at least five (5) O’Level credit passes, obtained in no more than two sittings. These must include English Language and Mathematics, along with three other subjects relevant to the course of study.
  • If you are awaiting your SSCE result or its equivalent, you can still apply, provided your result will be available before resumption.

How To Apply For Madonna University Post-UTME Form 2024/2025

If you are ready to apply for admission at Madonna University, follow these steps carefully to ensure a smooth application process.

Before starting your application, scan and save the following credentials on your device:-

  • Passport photograph
  • Birth certificate
  • O’Level results (WAEC, NECO, or equivalent)
  • JAMB result

These documents will be uploaded later in the application process.

  • Go to www.madonnauniversity.edu.ng and click on “Apply Now.”
  • Enter your details correctly, using UPPERCASE LETTERS except for your email.
  • If you are male or currently single, leave the “Maiden Name” field blank.
  • Review all information carefully before submitting.
  • After submitting the application form, locate the upload section.
  • Click on “Browse,” select your scanned credentials, and upload them.
  • Once all documents are uploaded, click “Submit.”
  • Applicants are required to pay ₦6,000 for a medical test at Mayfresh Mortgage Bank.
  • After payment, visit the Admissions Office at any of Madonna University’s campuses (Elele, Okija, or Akpugo) with your original credentials for an oral interview.
  • After submitting your application, copy or print your application number (e.g., 2024/2025/app/00012) and access code.
  • You will need this number for any future payments or inquiries until you are fully admitted.
  • If you pass the interview, proceed to pay your school fees.
  • Once payment is confirmed, you will be officially admitted into Madonna University!

After making your payment at the commercial bank, the next step is to access the Mayfresh Mortgage Bank Ltd platform and select the School Fees Payment Slip option. Carefully fill in all the required details on the slip, ensuring accuracy, and then submit it to the bank’s branch located on campus.

It is important to note that the depositor’s name must be the student’s full name or registration number. Under no circumstances should you transfer funds if the student’s name or registration number cannot be included in the transaction narration, as this may lead to difficulties in payment confirmation and receipt collection.
