Requirements For Covenant University Post-UTME Screening 2024/2025
All candidates who are serious about studying at Covenant University are advised to ensure that they meet the following requirements to be eligible for admission:-
- Candidates must ensure their O’Level results are uploaded to the JAMB Portal.
- Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB or its equivalent, achieved in not more than two sittings.
- Candidates must have a minimum score of 180 in the 2024/2025 UTME. You can aim higher if your preferred course is Medicine or Law.
- Candidates must be at least 16 years of age at the time of admission.
- Candidates who did not choose Covenant University as their preferred institution must apply through JAMB for a change of institution to Covenant University before they are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must provide two official recommendations. These endorsements should come from individuals capable of evaluating your potential for undergraduate studies at Covenant University. The recommended persons are your Spiritual Leader, Principal, or a teacher from your school. Covenant University has a secure online recommendation system that will automatically send an email to your recommenders with instructions for submitting their recommendations online.

How to Apply for Covenant University Post UTME Form 2024/2025
- Visit the Covenant University Admission Portal at www.admportal.covenantuniversity.edu.ng
- Create an account on the Covenant University admission portal.
- Pay a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000) using Verve, Visa, or MasterCard, and generate an application number.
- Upload all required documents such as the Birth certificate, JAMB result slip, WAEC or NECO result, and letter of sponsorship.
- You are required to write a statement of purpose (not exceeding 500 words) and provide three reference letters from a spiritual leader, principal/teacher, and optionally, an alumnus.
- Upload all documents in PDF format and your passport photo is in JPEG format (maximum 10KB).
- After completing the form, click on “submit” to finalize your application.
- Print out copies of your post-UTME form for further screening.
