Requirements For Eko UNIMED Post-UTME Form 2024/2025

All candidates must meet the following requirements to be eligible for admission:-

  • To be eligible for admission, candidates must obtain at least five (5) credit passes in SSCE, GCE, WAEC, NECO, or an equivalent examination in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, in not more than two sittings.
  • The UTME cut-off mark is 150 for the Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences and 200 for the MBBS programme. Candidates may also be required to attend an interview as part of the selection process.

 Requirements for MBBS Direct Entry

Applicants seeking Direct Entry admission into the MBBS programme must meet at least one of the following criteria:-

  • A B.Sc. in Basic Medical Sciences or Biological Sciences from a recognized university with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division.
  • A minimum of two Advanced Level GCE passes at an acceptable grade.
  • A JUPEB qualification with the required grades.

Direct Entry Requirements for Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences

Candidates applying for courses under the Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences must meet one of the following criteria:-

  • A B.Sc. degree in a relevant field from a recognized university with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division.
  • An NCE with credit level, ND, or equivalent qualification with at least a Lower Credit in a relevant discipline.
  • At least two Advanced Level GCE passes at acceptable grades.
  • A JUPEB qualification with the required grades.

How to Apply for UNIMED Post-UTME Screening 2024/2025

  • Visit the official university website at https://studentportal.ekounimed.edu.ng/
  • Click on the “Admission” tab.
  • Select “Post-UTME” to proceed.
  • Click on “PAYMENT” and complete the transaction using a valid DEBIT Card through the online payment system.
  • Once payment is successful, click on “Print Payment Receipt” to keep a record of your transaction.
  • Return to the Post-UTME Portal, click on “Application Login”, and log in using your UTME/DE Registration Number as your username and your Payment Transaction ID as the password. Then, complete and submit the screening form.
