MOUAU Postgraduate Admission Requirements

  • Have a Third-Class bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
  • Hold a Higher National Diploma (HND) with at least Upper Credit in a related discipline.
  • For HND certificates without classification, a CGPA of 3.50 on a 5-point scale, 3.00 on a 4-point scale, or 60% is considered equivalent to Upper Credit.

Master’s Degree (M.Sc., M.Ed., MLIS, M.Sc.(Ed.), M.Eng.)

To be eligible for a Master’s degree, candidates must:-

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree with at least Second-Class Honours from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, or any other recognized university. This means a minimum CGPA of 2.50 on a 5-point scale or 2.00 on a 4-point scale.
  • Have a Higher National Diploma (HND) with Upper Credit and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in a relevant field.
