OSCOHTECH Admission Requirements 2024/2025
To gain admission into the National Diploma (ND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) programs at OSCOHTECH, applicants must meet specific academic requirements. Below is a detailed explanation of the criteria for each program:-
National Diploma (ND) Admission Requirements
- Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) O’Level credits in relevant subjects, which include: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. These credits must be obtained in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB in no more than two (2) sittings.
- In addition to meeting the O’Level requirements, all ND applicants must apply for the JAMB UTME examination and select OSCOHTECH as their institution of choice.
- Applicants who are awaiting their O’Level results can still apply. However, they must indicate “Awaiting Result (AR)” in the relevant section of the application form. It is important to note that these results must be available before the admission process is finalized, as no candidate will be admitted without complete O’Level results.
Higher National Diploma (HND) Admission Requirements
To apply for an HND program at OSCOHTECH, candidates must have:
- A National Diploma (ND) in a relevant course, with a minimum of Lower Credit.
- The same O’Level requirements as listed for the ND program (five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry).
- Candidates must also provide evidence of completing the mandatory industrial training (IT)/SIWES, as required for HND admission.
