All candidates should check this table for the course they want to apply for and the required JAMB score for admission. Note that only candidates who meet these scores will be considered for admission.

UTME and Direct Entry Requirements
In addition to the cut-off mark, all candidates must meet the following requirements depending on their preferred mode of entry.
- It is mandatory for all candidates to select FUHSI as their first choice of institution in the JAMB application. If FUHSI was not initially selected as your first choice, you can still apply for admission after making a change of institution through JAMB.
- To apply for admission at FUHSI, candidates must first ensure they meet the cut-off mark for their chosen course. Each program has a specific requirement, and it’s important to check that your preferred department aligns with the cut-off before submitting your application.
- Additionally, candidates must have at least credit passes in essential O’Level subjects, including Mathematics, English, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology. These subjects are crucial for eligibility.
- For courses like Medicine and Surgery (MBBS), Nursing Science, and Medical Laboratory Sciences, candidates must have completed their O’Level subjects in a single sitting, with the required five credits in the specified subjects.
