Al-Istiqama University UTME and Direct Entry Admission Requirements 2024/2025
If you have confirmed that you meet the cut-off mark for admission, you are almost eligible for admission. To confirm your overall eligibility for admission, ensure you meet the following requirements:-
UTME Candidates:-
- Candidates must have scored at least the required cut-off mark for their chosen course in the UTME (Check the table above for details).
- Al-Istiqama University must be selected as the first choice in the UTME application.
- Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
- Candidates must have the correct UTME subject combination for their chosen program.
- Candidates awaiting WAEC/NECO/NABTEB results can apply but must upload their results to the JAMB CAPS and the university portal as soon as they are available.
- Candidates who did not initially select Al-Istiqama University can change their institution to AUSU through JAMB.
Direct Entry Candidates:-
- Candidates must have at least five (5) credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
- Candidates must possess at least two A’ Level passes, NCE, OND, IJMB, or an acceptable equivalent in relevant fields.
- Candidates must have registered for Direct Entry (DE) with JAMB and selected Al-Istiqama University as their preferred institution.
- Candidates with OND, NCE, or equivalent qualifications must ensure their academic transcripts are sent to the university for verification.
