The Post-UTME result is the score a candidate achieves after taking the Post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination. It assesses candidates on their knowledge and aptitude in subjects relevant to the course they applied for.

How to View YABATECH Post-UTME Result 2024/2025

If you want to check your post-UTME result for Yaba College Of Technology(YABATECH) admission, these are the steps you are to follow:-

• Visit the YABATECH result checking portal at intportal.yabatech.edu.ng
  Once you are on the portal, log in using your JAMB registration number and surname. This serves as a username and password.
• Once you click on login, you can scroll to where you will see a button that indicates post-UTME results and click on it.
• Your results will be displayed after some minutes.

Now that you have seen your post-UTME results, the next thing to do is calculate your aggregate score using your UTME score and the score you got for post-UTME screening.

How to Calculate YABATECH Aggregate Score

Your YABATECH aggregate score is the total score used to rank you for admission. It combines your JAMB score and Post-UTME score, calculated using the following steps:-

1. Write down your JAMB score.
2. Divide the JAMB score by 8.
3. Take your YABATECH Post-UTME score and divide it by 2.
4. Add the results from steps 2 and 3. The total is your aggregate score.

Example:- 

Imagine you scored 200 in JAMB and 50 in the Post-UTME:-

• JAMB Score: 200 ÷ 8 = 25
• Post-UTME Score: 50 ÷ 2 = 25
• Aggregate Score: 25 + 25 = 50

Once you have successfully calculated this, you can go ahead and check the list of departmental cut-off marks below to see if your aggregate score matches the required mark to get into your desired department.
