Tai Solarin University of Education Admission Requirements

General Requirements for UTME Candidates

  • JAMB Score: Candidates must have a good score in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). The minimum score varies depending on the program and is usually determined by the university.
  • O’level Results: Candidates must have five credit passes in relevant subjects at not more than two sittings in the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) or its equivalent. These subjects must include English Language and Mathematics.
  • Post-UTME Screening: TASUED conducts a Post-UTME screening exercise for all UTME candidates. Candidates must perform well in this screening to be considered for admission. 

General Requirements for Direct Entry Candidates

  • A’ level/OND/HND/NCE: Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications: Two A’ level passes in relevant subjects, Ordinary National Diploma (OND) with at least Upper Credit in a relevant field, Higher National Diploma (HND) with at least Lower Credit in a relevant field, and Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) with at least Merit in relevant subjects

How to Apply for TASUED Admission Form

Applying for admission to Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED) involves several key steps. Here’s a comprehensive guide to assist you through the process:

  • Visit the TASUED admission portal at https://tasued.edu.ng.
  • Create an application account using your JAMB Registration Number.

  • Pay a screening fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) online using a MasterCard or VISA ATM card.
