For Nigerian Applicants
If you are applying as a Nigerian student, here are the admission requirements:-
- You must take the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) exam and meet the official cut-off mark for the year.
- You should have a minimum of five credit passes in your O’Level results (like WAEC, NECO, or equivalent), in no more than two sittings. Some faculties may have specific subject requirements, so be sure to check.
For International Applicants
If you are applying from outside Nigeria, here is what’s expected:-
- You need to provide transcripts or results from the secondary schools you attended.
- Each faculty may have specific entry requirements, so be sure to look into those carefully before applying.
For Direct Entry and Transfer Students
If you are coming in through Direct Entry or as a transfer student, you are to meet these requirements:-
- Direct Entry Students: You can apply with qualifications like OND, HSE, HND, A-Level GCE, SBS, or IJMB.
- If you have 9 points or more, you may be admitted directly into the 200 Level.
- If you have less than 9 points, you will start from the 100 Level.
- Transfer Students: If you are switching from another university, you will be considered, especially if you are in good academic standing. Students on academic probation may not be accepted.
