FUHSO Admission Requirements

​To gain admission into the Federal University of Health Sciences (FUSHO), applicants must meet the following explicit requirements:​

Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) Participation

  • Applicants are required to have sat for the 2023/2024 UTME.

O’Level Requirements

  • Possess at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English Language, and Mathematics, at not more than two (2) sittings.

UTME Score

  • Achieve a minimum score of 140 in the 2024 UTME in relevant subjects. ​

Choice of Institution

  • Candidates who chose FUSHO in JAMB.​
  • Candidates who chose other universities must apply for a change of institution through the JAMB portal to be eligible for screening and admission into FUSHO.

Awaiting Results

  • Candidates awaiting SSCE results or their equivalent are not eligible to apply. All results must be obtained before applying.

  • Select “Pay TSA & States”.
