Gateway ICT Polytechnic ND and HND Admission Requirements 2024/2025

National Diploma (ND) Admission Requirements

To be eligible for admission into the ND program at Gateway ICT Polytechnic, candidates must:-

1. Choose Gateway ICT Polytechnic as their first choice institution in the UTME.
2. Score at least 120 in the UTME as required by JAMB.
3. Possess at least five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
4. Meet the specific subject combination requirements for their chosen course.
5. Be at least 16 years old at the time of admission.
6. Participate in the school’s post-UTME screening exercise and meet the required cut-off marks.

Higher National Diploma (HND) Admission Requirements

For candidates seeking admission into the HND program at Gateway ICT Polytechnic, the following requirements must be met:-

1. Possess a National Diploma (ND) certificate from a recognized polytechnic, with at least a Lower Credit in a relevant field.
2. Have at least one year of post-ND industrial training (IT) experience. Candidates with a Pass in ND must have a minimum of two years of industrial training experience.
3. Present O’Level results with at least five (5) credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
