DELSU Pre-Degree Admission Requirement
To qualify for admission into the Delta State University (DELSU) Pre-Degree Program, candidates must meet the following requirements:-
- Candidates must have five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, in their SSCE or an equivalent examination. These credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings. However, candidates applying for Pharmacy or Nursing Science must have all five credits in one sitting.
- Applicants must register for and sit for the UTME (JAMB) examination.
- They must select DELSU as their first choice institution.
- The course chosen in JAMB must be the same as the one registered for in the DELSU Pre-Degree Program.
How to Apply for the DELSU Pre-Degree Admission Form 2024/2025
The application form for the Delta State University (DELSU) Pre-Degree Programme costs Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000.00). Payment is made through the DELSU Virtual Pin generated at http://delsu.edu.ng. Payments can be made through the university’s online payment platform or at any commercial bank. These are the steps to follow to apply for the form successfully:-
- Visit www.delsuonline.com
- Click on Online Registration
- Click Start
- Select Pre-Degree Programme
- Click Start again
- Submit the form to generate your Virtual Pin
- Print out the generated pin
- Visit any of the specified banks to make your payment
- After making the payment, use your Virtual PIN to access and complete the DELSU Pre-Degree application form at www.delsuonline.com.
- Upload a recent passport-size photograph in JPEG format, not exceeding 20KB in size.

Admission into the Pre-Degree Programme at Delta State University, Abraka (DELSU) will be determined by a General Aptitude Test conducted by the university. To be allowed into the examination hall, candidates must bring the following:-
- Printed Photo Card
- A Pen
Candidates without their Printed Photo Card will not be allowed to take the test. Prepare well and ensure you have everything ready before the exam day.
