Admission Requirements for Delta State University Abraka Part-Time Degree Programs
Delta State University, Abraka (DELSU) is inviting applications from qualified candidates for its Intensive and Part-Time Degree Programs for the 2024/2025 academic session. Here are the general requirements for all applicants:
- Candidates must have at least five (5) credit passes in O’ Level exams, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
Additional Requirements for Specific Programs:
Two (2) Years Intensive Degree Program:
- In addition to the O’ Level requirements, candidates must have a Higher National Diploma (HND) certificate.
- They must also provide their NYSC exemption certificate.
For Three (3) Years Intensive and Part-Time (Weekend) Degree Program:
- Candidates must have an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) certificate along with the required O’ Level credits.

Application Procedures for DELSU Part-Time Admission Form 2024/2025
To apply for any of the DELSU part-time programs, follow these steps:
Generate a Virtual Payment Pin
- Visit the Delta State University official website: www.delsu.edu.ng.
- Look for the DIPP section (this is the section for Intensive and Part-Time Programs).
- Generate a Virtual Payment Pin worth ₦20,000 (Twenty Thousand Naira only).
Make Payment
- Take your Virtual Payment Pin to any of the following banks to make your payment:
- ECOBANK
- UNITY BANK
- ZENITH BANK
- UBA (United Bank for Africa)
- After making the payment, collect your payment receipt.
Print and Submit Required Documents
- After payment, go back to www.delsu.edu.ng and complete the online application form.
- Print out your Photo Card (confirmation slip).
- Submit the printed Photo Card at the DIPP Office (Delta State University, Abraka).
Prepare for Screening
- If your O’ Level results were obtained before 2019, you must bring your original certificates for verification.
- Ensure all necessary documents are ready before the screening date.
