This is to inform all those who are interested in enrolling in the postgraduate programs offered by Adeleke University that the PG admission form for 2024/2025 is now available. All interested candidates can now download the Adeleke University Postgraduate Admission Form 2024/2025 via the admission portal.

If you completed your first degree or more and want to advance your education through the PGD, Masters, or Ph.D programs offered by Adeleke University, visit the portal and purchase the form! The cost of the form has not been disclosed by the school management, all candidates will be required to pay the application fee as directed by Adeleke University.

Eligibility Criteria For Adeleke University Postgraduate Admission 2024/2025

All applicants should take note of these requirements:-

• If your first degree is not in the same field as the postgraduate program you are applying for, you may be required to take additional courses for one extra semester before being fully eligible for a Master’s degree.
• If you have already earned a higher degree from FUOYE or another recognized institution, you may be considered for direct or provisional admission into the Ph.D. program. However, your acceptance will be based on your academic records, as shown in your transcripts or other relevant supporting documents.
• The name you enter on your application form will be used throughout your program and will appear on your certificate upon graduation. If you need to change your name, you must provide official proof, such as:-

• A court affidavit,
• A newspaper publication, or
• A marriage certificate (if the change is due to marriage).

• Applicants must provide the correct and functional email addresses of three (3) referees. At least one referee must be an academic who can vouch for your suitability for postgraduate studies. Character references from family members or friends will not be accepted.
• Applicants must ensure that they use a valid and active email address when filling out the application form, as all official correspondence, including admission updates and further instructions, will be communicated through email.
• All application forms, supporting documents, and reference letters must be submitted before the deadline to avoid disqualification. Late applications may not be considered.
• Candidates must ensure that all details provided in their application are accurate and truthful. Any discrepancies or false information may lead to disqualification from the admission process.

How To Apply For Adeleke University Postgraduate Admission Form 2024/2025

All applicants must visit the Adeleke University Postgraduate Admission Portal to download the admission form. The form should be carefully filled out and submitted along with photocopies of the following required documents:-

•  WASC, G.C.E., or TC II Certificate (or an equivalent qualification).
• Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or Master’s Degree Certificate, depending on the level of postgraduate study.
•  Required for applicants applying for a Ph.D. program.
• A copy of the NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate (for Nigerian applicants).
• If applicable, applicants must provide a Marriage Certificate or an official document confirming a name change.
• Four (4) passport-sized photographs.

Note: The application form must be completed in BLOCK LETTERS for clarity. The fully completed application form can be submitted in any of the following ways:-

• Electronically (online submission)
• In person (by hand)
• Via courier

Applicants should ensure that their academic transcripts are sent directly from their previous institution to the same address. The transcripts must reach Adeleke University before the application deadline to be considered.
