OAUSTECH Admission Requirements For 2025/2026

Apart from meeting the cut-off mark for admission, you are expected to meet additional requirements such as O’level credits, age requirements, and lots more. Here are the details of the requirements you are expected to meet:-

  • Candidates must have a minimum of 5 O’level credits in relevant subjects, which must include English Language and Mathematics. The subjects must be related to the candidate’s intended course of study and obtained in no more than two sittings.
  • Candidates must have a minimum score in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) for the relevant course.
  • Applicants must select OAUSTECH as their first choice institution in the UTME.
  • Ensure that the JAMB subject combination matches the course you are applying for.
  • Candidates must be 16 years and above by the time of applying.

Direct Entry Candidates

  • Candidates with a National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or a first-degree qualification are eligible for direct entry.
  • Direct Entry candidates must also ensure that they have credit passes in five relevant subjects including mathematics and English Language. These must be obtained in not more than two sittings.

Note that only candidates who meet these requirements will be eligible to apply for admission at OAUSTECH when the post-UTME form for 2025/2026 is out.
