YABATECH HND Part-Time Admission Form 2025/2026
Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) has officially commenced the admission process for its Higher National Diploma (HND) part-time programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session. Candidates who are interested in studying through the weekday or evening mode are encouraged to visit the College portal and apply for admission into any of the available courses offered under this programme.
The application form is open to qualified candidates who possess the required National Diploma (ND) in a relevant field that aligns with the HND course they intend to apply for. This means only those whose ND qualifications closely match their proposed HND programme are eligible to apply.

YABATECH Part-Time HND Admission Requirements
Candidates are expected to meet the following entry requirements to gain admission into the Part-Time Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes at Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH):-
- You must possess a National Diploma (ND) in a relevant course from YABATECH or any other recognized polytechnic.
- Your ND result must not be below a Lower Credit grade (minimum of 2.50 CGPA).
- However, candidates with a Pass grade may still be considered if they have at least two (2) years of relevant post-ND industrial experience.
- A minimum of one year of relevant industrial training is required after your ND. This training must be directly related to your course of study and should be properly documented (usually with an IT completion letter or reference from your place of work).
- You must have five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, in your WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB results. The remaining three credits must be in subjects related to your intended HND course. These credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings.

If you’ve confirmed that you meet all the entry requirements for admission into the YABATECH Part-Time HND programme, follow the steps below to complete your application:-
- Go to the official YABATECH website at www.yabatech.edu.ng
- On the homepage, find and click on the link for Part-Time HND Admission 2025/2026.
- Generate a payment invoice through the portal.
- Pay the processing fee as displayed on the portal.
- Payment can be made online using a debit card or at the bank via Remita.
Please note: Cash payments are not accepted.
- After payment, return to the portal and log in.
- Carefully fill out the online application form with accurate and valid information.
- Review all the information you provided.
- Once confirmed, submit your application online.
- Print out your Application Slip for reference.
Upload scanned copies of the following:-
- ND certificate or statement of result
- O’Level results
- IT (Industrial Training) letter or evidence
- Recent passport photograph
- Any other relevant documents

Application Deadline
The deadline for submitting your application for the YABATECH Part-Time HND Admission is six (6) weeks from the date of publication of the admission advert. This means that you have just 6 weeks from when the form was officially announced to complete your registration.
Applications submitted after the deadline will not be processed or considered, no matter the reason.
