How To Apply For Sa’adu Zungur University Part-Time Admission Form 2024/2025
Follow these steps to apply for the part-time admission form.
- Visit the official portal at basugpt.admissions.com
- Click on “New Application.”
- Enter your full name and a valid phone number (ensure it is your number, as it will be used for future correspondence). You will be redirected to the login page upon successful entry. Use the same phone number you provided earlier as both your Username and Password.
- After logging in successfully, you will be taken to the welcome page.
- Verify that all the details displayed on the page are correct.
- Choose a payment method and proceed with the transaction.
- Once your payment is confirmed, continue with the application form.
- Provide accurate personal details, including your full name and other required information.
- Browse through the available programs of study and select the one that best fits your interests.
- Input your O’level examination results (you can enter results for up to two sittings).
- If applying through Direct Entry (DE), provide additional details such as Institution attended and Type of qualification obtained (ND, HND, NCE, A’level)
- Enter grades for all relevant subjects (SSCE, WAEC, GCE, NECO, TCII, etc.).
- Provide the examination center number and exam registration number for each result submitted.
- Upload a clear and recent passport-sized photograph against a plain background.
- The image must be in JPEG format and should not exceed 50KB in size.
- Carefully review all the information you have provided.
- Click the “Submit Application” button.
- Once your application is successfully submitted, the application page will be displayed.
- Your Serial Number (found on the slip) serves as both your Application ID and Login Username.
- Click on “Print Application” to generate a hard copy for your records.
Important Update
- To complete your application process, you must attend the screening in person with the original copies of your credentials, including O’level results, JAMB slip, A’level results, diploma, or IJMB certificate (if applicable).
- You must also submit photocopies of these documents, along with your state of origin certificate, birth certificate/declaration of age, and printed Post-UTME application form.
- Additionally, a scratch card or PIN for verifying your O’level results online is required. Your screening date, time, and venue will be sent to your registered phone number via SMS, so ensure it is active.
