LASU Indigeneship Verification Exercise 2024/2025

Lagos State University (LASU) has officially opened the Indigeneship Verification Exercise for the 2024/2025 academic session. The LASU Indigeneship Verification Exercise for the 2024/2025 academic session is strictly meant for candidates who are genuinely from Lagos State. It is only open to those who selected Lagos State University (LASU) as their first-choice institution in the 2024 UTME and scored a minimum of 195.
If you do not fall into this category, either because you are not of Lagos origin, did not choose LASU as your first choice, or did not meet the UTME score requirement, then this exercise does not apply to you.
The verification is not admission. It is a step to confirm that you are really from Lagos State. Once verified, you stand a better chance during the admission process, but it doesn’t mean you are already in.
Who Can Take Part in the Verification?
This indigeneship verification exercise is strictly for candidates who are truly from Lagos State and want to be considered for admission into Lagos State University (LASU).
- You must be an indigene of Lagos State.
- You must have selected LASU as your first choice in the 2024 UTME (JAMB).
- You must have scored at least 195 in the UTME.
If you fall under this category, you should go ahead with the registration and attend the screening.
