KSUSTA Postgraduate Admission Form 2024/2025 Now Available! The management of KSUSTA is pleased to announce that the Postgraduate Admission Form for the 2024/2025 academic session is now available online. Interested candidates who wish to apply for the Postgraduate Diploma (PGD), Master’s, or Ph.D. programs are required to pay a sum of Ten Thousand Naira (₦10,000) to access the application form.

Please note that each of these programs has its unique requirements, and it is essential to meet all the eligibility criteria before proceeding with the application. Eligibility Requirements For KSUSTA Postgraduate Admission Form 2024/2025

Candidates who meet the following criteria(based on their preferred program) are qualified to apply for the postgraduate form.

 Postgraduate Diploma Programmes

• Graduates from KSUSTA or other recognized universities with at least a third-class degree.
• Holders of Higher National Diploma (HND, not HD) with a minimum of Lower Credit or its equivalent in a related field.
• Holders of HND (not HD) in unrelated fields with at least Lower Credit. These candidates may be considered after passing a test prescribed by the department or faculty.
• Candidates with other qualifications deemed acceptable by the Postgraduate School and University Senate.
• Candidates must also meet the University’s matriculation requirements.

Master’s Degrees (Academic and Professional)

• Graduates from KSUSTA or other recognized universities with at least a second-class lower degree or its equivalent.
• Graduates with an unclassified degree with a “C” average or 50%.
• Candidates with a third-class degree and at least three years of relevant work experience.
• Holders of HND (not HD) with a Lower Credit and at least a Lower Credit in Postgraduate Diploma from KSUSTA or a recognized institution.
• Candidates with other acceptable qualifications as approved by the Postgraduate School and Senate.
• Candidates may need to pass an exam prescribed by the Postgraduate School and relevant departments to determine their suitability.
• Candidates must meet the University’s matriculation requirements.

Master’s of Philosophy (M.Phil.)

• Graduates from KSUSTA or other recognized universities with a Master’s degree with a GPA of less than 3.5 (on a 5-point scale) or less than 2.5 (on a 4-point scale).
• Holders of professional Master’s degrees with a GPA of 3.5 or above, and a Bachelor’s degree of at least third-class.
• Candidates recommended by their departments to be upgraded from Master’s to M.Phil.
• M.Phil. candidates with Ph.D. aspirations must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least a second-class lower division.
• Candidates must meet the University’s matriculation requirements.

Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)

• Graduates from KSUSTA or other recognized universities with a Master’s degree and a GPA of 4.00 or above (on a 5-point scale) or 3.50 (on a 4-point scale) in the proposed area of study.
• Candidates with Master’s degrees through research must have a minimum grade of “B” or 60%.
• Candidates with other qualifications deemed acceptable by the Postgraduate School and Senate.
• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in at least second-class lower division.
• Candidates must submit a relevant research proposal.
• Candidates must meet the University’s matriculation requirements.

How To Apply For KSUSTA Postgraduate Admission Form 2024/2025

Follow these steps to apply for the KSUSTA Postgraduate form smoothly:-

• First, generate the payment invoice on the KSUSTA PG online application portal. Then, make the payment at any bank nationwide.
• Before you proceed, ensure you have all your credentials ready. These include your SSCE, B.Sc., NYSC, and/or M.Sc. certificates. Scan these documents and combine them into a single PDF file, with a file size of no more than 5MB. Also, ensure your scanned passport photograph and scanned signature are ready, each with a file size not exceeding 100KB.
