Entry Requirements Aliko Dangote College of Nursing Sciences Admission

Before you apply to Aliko Dangote College of Nursing Sciences, it’s important to know what each program requires. Here is a list of requirements based on the programs available to help you determine which one suits you best:-

ND/HND Nursing

If you are applying for the ND/HND Nursing programme, you must meet the following requirements:-

You need a minimum of five (5) credit passes in your O’Level results. These must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Your results can be from WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or SSCE, and must not be obtained in more than two sittings.
In addition to your O-Level results, a valid JAMB result is also required for admission into this program.

General Nursing and General Midwifery

To qualify for the General Nursing or Midwifery programme, here’s what you need:-

You must have five (5) credits, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, just like the ND/HND Nursing requirement.
These results must be obtained from either WAEC or NECO, and should not be more than two sittings.
If you are applying for the Post Basic Program, you must already be a qualified and registered Midwife or Mental Health Nurse.
This programme runs for a total of three calendar years, which is equivalent to six semesters.

Community Midwifery

For those interested in the Community Midwifery programme, the following conditions must be met:

You must have at least credit passes in English and Biology or Health Science, plus three additional passes in any other O’Level subjects.
It is acceptable to combine WAEC and NECO results to meet the requirement.
Applicants must be residents of their Local Government Area where the application is being submitted.
The age requirement is also important, you must be at least 18 years old, but not older than 35 years at the time of application.

How to Apply For Aliko Dangote College of Nursing Sciences Admission Form 2024/2025

Follow these steps carefully to complete your application:

First, visit the college bursary department to generate a REMITA invoice.
Pay your ₦8,000 application fee and ₦2,000 screening fee at Stanbic IBTC Bank.
After payment, you will receive a scratch card.
Use the card to access the ADCNS online application portal.
Fill out the form, submit it online, and print your Screening Exam Slip.
Finally, take the printed slip along with photocopies of your credentials and submit them at the college’s registration office.

All credentials must be submitted before the deadline. Candidates who do not adhere will not be considered for admission.
