Successful completion of the Pre-Degree Programme means you are guaranteed admission into LASU’s 100 Level for degree courses in fields such as Engineering, Science, Law, Mass Communication, Social Sciences, and many others.

Admission Requirements for LASU Pre-Degree Program 2024/2025

• Candidates must have credits in at least three subjects (such as Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, Government, Literature in English, CRS, IRS, or Accounting) from exams like WAEC, NECO, or GCE. These results should not exceed two sittings.
• Candidates who meet the basic academic requirements will be invited for a written qualifying examination.

How to Apply for Lagos State University Pre-Degree Admission Form 2024/2025

The application process for the LASU Pre-Degree Program is straightforward and can be done entirely online.

• Visit the LASU official website (lasu.edu.ng) and select the “MAKE PAYMENT” option. Pay the application fee of ₦15,000.
• After making your payment, go to the LASU Pre-Degree Application Portal at studentservices.lasu.edu.ng/pds_application. Fill out the application form with the required details.
• Ensure that you upload all the required documents and information. Once completed, submit the form online.
• Candidates who meet the academic requirements will be invited to take the written qualifying exam.

Transition to 100 Level After the Pre-Degree Programme

Once you complete the LASU Pre-Degree Programme, here is what you need to do to transition to 100 Level:-

• Take the UTME and obtain the required cut-off mark for LASU.
• You will also need to register for and pass any outstanding subjects in WAEC or NECO.
• Complete the university’s screening requirements for 100 Level admission.

Once these steps are completed, you will be eligible for admission to 100 Level degree courses at LASU in faculties such as Engineering, Science, Law, Mass Communication, Education, and more.
