Kano Poly Admission Requirements

The management of Kano State Polytechnic has set some requirements that all those who are interested in admission are expected to meet. They are as follows:-

  • Candidates seeking admission into ND programs must have a minimum of five (5) O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English Language, obtained in not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalent.
  • They must score at least 100 in the UTME examination as determined by JAMB.
  • Candidates must choose Kano Polytechnic as their first or second choice during UTME registration or apply for a change of institution if necessary.
  • Candidates must participate in the school’s admission screening exercise and meet the departmental requirements.
  • Candidates must be at least 16 years old at the time of applying for admission.
