Screening Fee:

• A non-refundable fee of N2,000 is required. You can make the payment via Remita using the GIFMIS CODE 0517018031.

O’Level Requirements:

• Applicants must have five (5) O’Level credits and must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, and two other relevant subjects (like Chemistry, Biology, Geography, or Computer Science).
• These credits should be from no more than two sittings.

• Visit the official Federal Polytechnic, Ugep website at https://fedpolyugep.edu.ng/ to access the application form.
• Complete the application form by filling out the required details including your UTME information, personal data, and contact information.
• Proceed to pay the N2,000 screening fee using Remita. Make sure you use the correct GIFMIS code (0517018031) to avoid payment issues.
• Ensure your O’Level results are correctly uploaded to the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS). If your results are not uploaded on CAPS, your application will not be processed.
• Once you have completed it, submit your application form before the deadline of October 31, 2024.
