Eligibility Criteria For UNILESA Post-UTME Form 2024/2025

• Applicants must have obtained at least five (5) credit passes in their O’Level subjects, the subjects must include mathematics and English Language. These grades must be obtained in not more than two sittings.
• Candidates must have selected UNILESA as their first-choice institution in the 2025 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) examination.
• Only those who achieved a minimum score of 160 in the 2024 JAMB UTME are eligible to apply for the Post UTME screening.
• Direct Entry applicants must possess relevant A-Level qualifications, such as OND, NCE, or an equivalent certificate recognized by JAMB.
• All Direct Entry candidates are required to follow the official JAMB guidelines for Direct Entry registration and submit their applications through the UNILESA admission portal.

How To Apply For University of Ilesa Post-UTME Form 2024/2025

If you have verified that you meet the requirements outlined for this form, follow the simple steps below to apply for the form successfully.

•  Go to https://admissions.unilesa.edu.ng using a computer or mobile device with a stable internet connection.
• Enter your JAMB Registration Number in the required field to access the application page.
• Once logged in, locate the Post UTME application form on the dashboard and click on it to begin the registration process.
•  If you are a new applicant, you will need to create an account by providing your personal details, email address, and a valid phone number. Ensure all information is accurate before proceeding.
• Carefully fill out the required sections of the form, including personal information, academic details, and any other requested data. Review all entries for correctness before submitting.
• After submitting the form, an RRR code will be generated for your application fee payment.
• Pay the ₦2,000 screening fee (excluding portal charges) through one of the following methods: Visit www.remita.net and enter the generated RRR to make payment using a debit card or online banking Or Print the RRR slip and take it to any commercial bank in Nigeria to complete the payment.
• Once payment is successful, ensure you print the payment confirmation slip as proof of payment.
• Return to the UNILESA portal, confirm your payment, and complete any remaining registration steps. Keep a copy of your registration slip for future reference.

All applicants are expected to submit their applications before the application portal closes. Applications received after the portal closes will not be considered.
