Requirements for UNICAL Postgraduate Programs
To apply for the UNICAL Postgraduate program, applicants must ensure they meet the following criteria depending on their choice of program:
- For the Postgraduate Diploma (PGD): Applicants need a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 1.25/5.
- Master’s Programs: Applicants should have a good Second Class Honors degree (CGPA of at least 3.00/5 or 2.50/4).
- Ph.D. Programs: Applicants need a Master’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.0/4 or 3.5/5.
- M.Sc/Ph.D. Program: If you don’t meet the Ph.D. CGPA requirement, you can apply for a bridge program with a CGPA of at least 3.30/5 or 2.50/4.
Note: Candidates with a Master’s degree from a recognized university may be able to transfer relevant credits towards a Ph.D., subject to approval.
