  • You need to have scored at least 170 in the 2024 UTME to qualify for admission into DELSU.
  • Candidates must be at least 16 years old at the time of application.

Direct Entry Candidates

  • A minimum of 5 credits in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations (SSCE/GCE), obtained in a maximum of 2 sittings is required.
  • Candidates must possess A-level/IJMB passes in two subjects related to their field of study.
  • Successful completion of JUPEB or A-Level passes in related subjects.
  • Candidates with a First-Class or Second-Class Upper degree in related fields may also apply.
  • A minimum of Merit Pass in National Certificate of Education (NCE), National Diploma (ND), and other Advanced Level Certificates.
  • Direct entry applicants must purchase the DELSU Direct Entry form via JAMB and the DELSU Portal.

How to Apply For DELSU Post-UTME Form 2024/2025

If you have ascertained that you are qualified to apply for the Delta State University Post UTME form, follow the instructions provided below to apply for the form smoothly:-

  1. Go to the official website of Delta State University at www.delsu.edu.ng.

  2. Click on “Apply for Admission”.
  3. Select “Screening Exercise” from the options.
  4. Click “Apply” and start filling out the form.
  5. Make sure you provide a valid JAMB Registration Number.
  6. After completing the form, click to generate your Virtual PIN.
  7. Once the PIN is generated, print it out as you will need it for future payments.
  8. You can pay either at any of the specified banks or pay directly online.
  9. After making payment, log back into the portal at portal.delsu.edu.ng to print your acknowledgment slip.

Be sure to use the Virtual PIN immediately, as it will become invalid six hours after generation. Once you are done applying, stay alert for information on the DELSU Post-UTME Screening Date for your department and ensure you attend promptly.
