O’ Level Requirements:-

• Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, which should include the English Language in WASC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB, and should not exceed two sittings.
• For programs in the Sciences, Engineering, Management, and Social Sciences, a credit pass in Mathematics is also mandatory.

For Direct Entry Candidates

Direct entry applicants must meet the following criteria:-

• A Lower Credit in a National Diploma (ND) or a Merit in the Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE).
• Alternatively, candidates with two Advanced Level/IJMB passes in relevant subjects, along with three additional ordinary level credit passes, are also eligible.
• Holders of Higher National Diploma (HND) with at least a Lower Credit are eligible for direct admission into the third year of their program.
• Just like O’level candidates, direct entry candidates must have a minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects at the ‘O’ Level.

What To Expect:-

For candidates holding an O’ Level Certificate, the duration for completing part-time degree programs at UNIOSUN is generally five years, except for the Agricultural Economics program, which takes six years to complete. On the other hand, Direct Entry candidates, who have qualifications such as a National Diploma, NCE, or Advanced Level passes, will complete their programs in four years, except for the Agricultural Economics program, which will take five years.
