UNILAG 2nd Batch Admission List For 2024/2025

The University of Lagos first batch Admission List and the second batch admission list have now been officially uploaded to the admission portal. All candidates who applied for admission at UNILAG are encouraged to check their names and confirm their admission status as soon as possible.

The process of checking the admission list is simple, all you need to do is log on to the JAMB portal or UNILAG admission portal and check your names. It does not end in checking and confirming that your name has been included on the list. You have to ensure that you accept the admission so you can proceed to pay your acceptance fee and register for courses, etc.

Note that these tasks are time-sensitive and the earlier you complete them, the better for you.

How To Check/Download UNILAG Second Batch Admission List For 2024/2025

We mentioned that the admission list can be accessed on the admission portal and through JAMB CAPS. We have provided instructions you can follow to check your admission status using any of the two methods we mentioned. See details below:-

How To Check University of Lagos Admission List Via JAMB CAPS

• Open your browser and go to the JAMB E-Facility portal at https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng.
• Enter your email address and password to log in.
• If you don’t have an account, create one using the email and details you used for JAMB registration.
• Once logged in, click on the “Check Admission Status” option.
• On the next page, click the “Access My CAPS” button to proceed.
• Choose the correct admission year (e.g., 2024/2025).
• Select the University of Lagos (UNILAG) as your institution.
• Your admission status will appear on the screen.
• If offered admission, you will see options to Accept or Reject the offer.
• Click “Accept” to confirm your admission or “Reject” if you do not wish to accept.
• After accepting the admission, proceed to print your JAMB Admission Letter.
• This document will be required during the registration and documentation process at UNILAG.

How To View Your Admission Status Via UNILAG Portal

• Open your browser and go to the official UNILAG admission portal at https://admissions.unilag.edu.ng.
• Enter your JAMB Registration Number as your username.
• Use your surname (in lowercase) as the default password unless you’ve changed it.
• After logging in, locate the “Admission Status” option on the dashboard.
• Click on it to view your current admission status.
• Your admission status will be displayed on the screen.
• If admitted, you will see a notification confirming your admission, along with details of your course and faculty.

Congratulations on being offered admission! Here are the things you should do to secure the admission offered by the management of UNILAG.

Accept Your Admission to the JAMB CAPS

• Log in to your JAMB CAPS account at the JAMB CAPS Portal.
• Select the “Admission Status” tab and click “Accept” to confirm your admission.
• Failure to accept within the stipulated time might result in losing the admission offer.

Print Your Admission Letter

• Download and print your JAMB admission letter from the JAMB CAPS portal.
• Also, print your UNILAG admission letter from the university portal after completing the required steps.

Once you have completed these, you can research the UNILAG School Fee Schedule for 2024/2025 and pay the correct school fees amount. Congratulations. Note that the University of Lagos (UNILAG) does not charge a separate acceptance fee for newly admitted students. Instead, any such fees are incorporated into the overall obligatory fees payable upon admission, so pay your fees on time.
