UAES Post UTME Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for admission into UAES, candidates must:

UTME Applicants:

  • Have sat for the 2024 JAMB UTME and scored at least 140 marks.
  • Have chosen UAES as their first choice of institution or changed their choice to UAES at a JAMB CBT center.
  • Have uploaded their O-level results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB) to their JAMB profile and linked them to their NIN.
  • If awaiting O-level results, upload them immediately after they are released.
  • Must have at least 5 credits in relevant subjects, including Mathematics and English Language, obtained within two sittings.

Direct Entry (DE) Applicants:

  • Must possess A-Levels, IJMB, OND, HND, BSc, or equivalent qualifications in the desired degree program.

Step on How To Apply For UAES Post UTME Form 2024/2025

To apply for the University of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences Post UTME Form for the 2024/2025 academic session, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Visit the Official UAES website at www.uaes.education
  • Step 2: Create an Account (If Required). If you don’t already have an account, create one by providing the necessary information, such as your name, email address, and phone number. You may also be asked to create a password for login.
  • Step 3: Log in to Your Account. Once your account is created, log in with your username and password.
  • Step 4: Scroll down to the “Admissions” section or directly to the “Post UTME” tab. Look for the application link for the 2024/2025 session.
  • Step 5:  Fill in the required information on the application form. This may include your details, O’Level results, JAMB registration number, and other relevant academic information.
  • Step 6: Prepare and upload scanned copies of your required documents.
  • Step 7: Make the necessary payment for the Post UTME application form. Pay N2,000 only through online payment options such as credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or school payment platforms.
  • Step 8: Once you’ve filled in all the required fields and uploaded your documents, review the details to ensure everything is correct. Submit your application form.
  • Step 9: After submission, an acknowledgment slip will be generated. Print this slip, as it will contain essential details, such as your application number and exam date.

For the 2024/2025 academic year, UAES will use an internal screening process to select eligible candidates. There will be no separate post-UTME exams, whether written or computer-based.

UAES Screening Documents

To complete the screening, you’ll need to submit the following documents:

Personal Documents:

  • Two passport-sized photos with a white background.
  • Original and photocopy of your birth certificate (issued by the National Population Commission).
  • Attestation of your age by your parent/guardian.
  • Certificate of State or Local Government of Origin.

Academic Records:

  • Original and photocopy of your O-level results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, etc.) obtained within two sittings.
  • Transcripts, certificates, or results for IJMB, A-Level, OND, HND, or BSc (if applicable).
  • 2024 JAMB Result slip (with the correct subject combinations).
  • Evidence of a change of institution to UAES (if applicable).

Other Requirements:

  • Evidence of an N2,000 screening fee payment made online through Remita.
  • A letter of sponsorship from your parent/guardian.
  • One white office file to organize your documents.
