The Kwara State Polytechnic Post-UTME Form 2024/2025 is now available online for sale. All those who selected Kwara Poly as their first choice institution, met the cut-off mark for admission and satisfied other requirements are invited to apply. This application form is for ND full-time applicants and can be accessed through the Kwara Poly admission portal.

The Kwara Poly full-time ND admission form costs Two Thousand Naira (N2,000). All interested candidates must pay this application fee through authorized platforms. The application portal will soon close, so applicants are advised to apply as soon as possible.

Requirements For Kwara State Polytechnic Post-UTME Screening 2024/2025

If you plan to participate in the post-UTME screening conducted by the management of Kwara Poly, you need to confirm that you satisfy the entry requirements. The requirements are as follows:-

Candidates must have selected Kwara State Polytechnic as their first choice of institution in UTME. Candidates who did not initially choose KwaraPoly as their first choice but wish to apply must change their institution to KwaraPoly on the JAMB portal before completing the registration.
Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) O’level credits in relevant subjects, obtained in not more than two sittings. These subjects must include English Language and Mathematics.
Candidates must meet the UTME score of 120 to be eligible for admission.
All candidates must be at least 16 years old at the time of applying for admission.

How To Apply For Kwara State Polytechnic Post-UTME Form 2024/2025

Interested candidates applying for the Kwara State Polytechnic Post-UTME screening must complete their registration by following these steps:-

Visit the official Kwara Poly admission screening portal: https://portal.kwarastatepolytechnic.edu.ng/appo.php.
Click on the appropriate application link to proceed.
Create a profile by filling out the registration form.
Click on Resume Application from the left menu to continue.
Provide your details and click “Continue.”
Enter your JAMB details, including your first and second-choice institutions, then proceed.
Input your O’Level results, specifying the number of sittings, and continue.
Upload a passport photograph (maximum size: 50KB) and click “Continue.”
Click on Screening Application from the left menu and proceed.
Read and accept the declaration, then click on the Proceed button.
Upload the required documents and click on “Upload and Continue.”
Carefully go through the payment instructions click on the Notification Tab and click Continue to view payment details.
Select the CollegePay option to proceed with payment, or click Cancel to exit. Choose your ATM card type (Verve, MasterCard, etc.). Enter your Card Number, Expiry Date, and CVV2 (the three-digit number on the back of your card).
Input your card PIN, then click Pay.
Once payment is successful, click on the appropriate option to print your application documents and payment slip.
