How Much is the IAUE Acceptance Fee?
The acceptance fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment that confirms your intention to take up the admission offered by Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE). Paying this fee secures your admission and allows the university to process your registration and clearance.
The acceptance fee is ₦50,000.00 only. Once you have confirmed the amount, you can proceed to follow the simple steps below to pay your acceptance fee and ensure your admission is fully secured.
How to Pay Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) Acceptance Fee 2025/2026
If you have checked your admission status and have been offered admission by IAUE, the following steps will help you make your admission official and secure.
- Before paying your acceptance fee, you must log in to the JAMB CAPS portal and accept the admission offer from IAUE. This confirms your interest in taking up the admission.
- Once you have accepted, print the following documents in colour:
- JAMB Admission Letter
- JAMB Result Slip
- These documents will be verified during the university clearance process, so ensure they are printed clearly.
- After confirming your admission on JAMB CAPS, you can proceed to pay the non-refundable acceptance fee of ₦50,000.00, which secures your admission and allows the university to begin your registration process.
Payment Methods:-
- Pay-Direct (available at any bank branch)
- MasterCard
- Verve Card
- All payments are made online via the IAUE Enterprise Schools Portal.
- After completing the payment, keep your receipt safely, as it will be checked during clearance and registration.
Deadline for Paying IAUE Acceptance Fee
It is very important to pay your acceptance fee on time to avoid losing your admission or incurring additional charges. The deadlines are as follows:-
- First Batch: Four weeks from the date the admission list was published – 14th October 2025
- Second Batch: Four weeks from the date the admission list was published – 24th October 2025
Clearance for Newly Admitted Students
After paying your acceptance fee, the next step is clearance, this process officially confirms your admission and allows you to proceed with registration.
During clearance, the university verifies your personal information, academic credentials, and payment records. You must appear in person and present original copies of all required documents.
Ensure you come along with:-
- JAMB Admission Letter (colour print)
- JAMB Result Slip (colour print)
- Acceptance Fee Payment Receipt
- Original and photocopies of your O’Level results (WAEC, NECO, or equivalent)
- Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
- Local Government Identification Letter
- Recent passport photographs
Report to the Admissions Unit of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education with the above documents for verification.
- Your documents and payments will be cross-checked.
- After confirmation, proceed to your Faculty or Department for departmental clearance.
- Once clearance is approved, log in to the IUAE student portal to complete your registration and course enrollment.
