Eligibility Criteria For FUHSI Post-UTME Form 2024/2025

Earlier, we mentioned that all candidates must ensure that they meet the requirements for admission to be qualified for admission. See the requirements below:-

Candidates must ensure that they meet the cut-off mark for their preferred department before they proceed with applying for the form.
Candidates must have at least credit passes in relevant O’Level Subjects namely: Mathematics, English, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.
All candidates must choose FUHSI as their first choice of preferred institution. Those who did not can still apply for admission after they have applied for a change of institution through JAMB.
Candidates for Medicine and Surgery (MBBS), Nursing Science, and Medical Laboratory Sciences, must have obtained the required five O’Level credits in the specified subjects in a single sitting.
Prospective applicants are advised to ensure their details are up to date on the JAMB portal.

Steps to Apply for FUHSI Post-UTME Form 2024/2025

All candidates who have ensured that they meet the criteria for admission should follow the steps outlined below to apply for the Federal University of Health Sciences Ila-Orangun Post UTME form successfully:-

Go to www.fuhsi.edu.ng to access detailed information about the application process.
Use your JAMB Registration Number to log in to the university’s undergraduate admission portal.
Once logged in, locate and select the Post-UTME application form from the options available on the portal.
If you are a new user, you will need to create an account by providing your basic details. Ensure you use a valid email address and phone number.
Fill out the Post-UTME form carefully with accurate details. Double-check your information to avoid mistakes.
After completing the form, generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) code for payment.
You can make the payment online through the Remita website at www.remita.net. Alternatively, you can visit any bank to make the payment using the generated RRR code.
After making the payment, print out your payment receipt as proof of transaction.
Log back into the FUHSI portal at www.fuhsi.edu.ng to confirm your registration. Ensure you keep a printout of your completed application form and payment receipt for future reference.
