The admission form for the 2025/2026 academic session at the Federal University of Applied Sciences, Kachia (FUASK) is now available online.

All candidates who selected FUASK as their first choice of institution in the 2025 UTME are invited to apply for the Post-UTME screening. The application form is accessible on the official admission portal at https://applicant.fuask.edu.ng/and is open only to eligible candidates who meet the admission requirements.

Eligibility Requirements For Federal University of Applied Sciences Kachia Admission

Those who are interested in applying for admission at this institution are expected to meet these requirements:-

Candidates are required to write JAMB and score a minimum of 160.
Have at least five (5) O’Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
Choose this institution as your first choice in JAMB. If you did not select it as your first choice, you are advised to apply for a Change of Institution on the JAMB portal as soon as possible to be considered for admission.

How To Apply For the Federal University of Applied Sciences Kachia Post-UTME Form 2025/2026

If you have checked and confirmed that you meet the admission requirements for your chosen course offered by this institution, follow the detailed steps below to apply:-

Start by going to the official applicant portal for FUASK at https://applicant.fuask.edu.ng/
Click on the “New Applicant” button to begin. You’ll need to provide some basic details to set up your account.
A non-refundable fee of ₦2,000 is required. You can pay using your ATM card online or generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) and take it to any commercial bank to pay.
After successful payment, return to the portal and log in to your dashboard using the details you used to create your account.
Complete all sections of the application form carefully and accurately. Don’t skip any part, the portal won’t let you submit the form if anything is left out.
Once your form is complete and submitted, print out a copy. You’ll need this for record-keeping and screening purposes.
Take the printed application form and submit it to the FUASK Admissions Office before your scheduled screening date.

N/B: The physical screening exercise will take place at FUASK, Kachia, on 28th and 29th July 2025. All applicants are expected to be present with their printed application slip and relevant documents.
