The management of Federal Polytechnic, Idah has released the approved school fees schedule for the 2025/2026 academic session. This update is for both new and returning ND and HND students of the institution.

Important Notes for All Students
Acceptance Fee
- ND I students are to pay ₦36,000
- HND I students are to pay ₦40,000
This payment must be made before accessing the admission letter online.
- Polytechnic Admission Form (For New HND I Students): ₦20,000.
- Late Registration: Attracts a penalty fee of ₦10,000.
- Carry-over/Spillover Students: Will pay 50% of the final-year school fee.
- Repeating or Rusticated Students: Must pay the same school fee as the level they are repeating.
Hostel Accommodation
- Available for ND I and HND I students.
- Hostel Fee: ₦10,000 per space.
- Hostel Maintenance Fee: ₦10,000.
Total: ₦20,000.
Flexible Payment Options (For ND II and HND II Students)
Students who cannot pay the full school fees at once have two options:-
- Option 1: Pay 50% of the total fee during the first semester.
- Option 2: Pay the remaining 50% in the second semester. Those who can afford it are encouraged to pay in full.
How to Pay Federal Polytechnic Idah School Fees 2025/2026
If you want to pay your school fees for the 2025/2026 academic session, follow the steps below carefully to avoid issues or payment errors:-
- Go to the official Federal Polytechnic Idah student portal at https://student.fepoda.edu.ng.
- Use your Matriculation Number (for returning students) or your Application Number (for new students) and your password to sign in.
- On your dashboard, click on “Generate Invoice” or “School Fee Payment”. The system will create a payment invoice that includes a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number.
- You can pay in two ways:-
- Online Payment: Click on “Pay Now” to pay directly using your ATM card (MasterCard, Visa, or Verve).
- Bank Payment: Print out your invoice and take it to any commercial bank. Pay the stated amount using the RRR number on the invoice.
- After payment, return to the portal and click “Confirm Payment” or “Verify Payment”. The system will automatically confirm and update your payment status.
- Once payment is successful, print your school fee receipt and keep it safe. You’ll need it for departmental clearance and course registration.
