Abia State University Post UTME Form 2024/2025

Requirements For ABSU Post-UTME Screening 2024/2025

These are the requirements you are expected to meet to be eligible for the post-UTME screening conducted by the management of Abia State University.

  • Candidates who chose ABSU as their first or second choice in their UTME application and scored at least 140 are eligible to apply.
  • Those who did not choose ABSU as their first or second choice but scored 140 or above in the UTME and want to apply can still do so. However, such candidates must first complete a change of institution process on the JAMB website.
  • Applicants must have at least five (5) O’Level credit passes in subjects relevant to their chosen course of study.
  • Candidates awaiting their O’Level results are also eligible to apply but must indicate this status during the application.
  • Candidates must be at least 16 years old at the time of application.

How to Apply For Abia State University Post-UTME Form 2024/2025 

Follow these instructions and apply for the screening if you are confident that you meet all the requirements outlined above.

  1. Visit the ABSU University portal at abiastateuniversity.edu.ng to generate an invoice.
  2. Proceed to any branch of the designated Banks and pay N2,000.00 only.
  3. You can pay this fee at ABSU Microfinance Bank; Sky Bank Plc, Zenith Bank Plc, First Bank Plc, Ecobank Plc, Fidelity Bank Plc, Union Bank Plc, UBA Plc by using your bank debit cards.
  4. After making the payment, return to the ABSU portal and click on the Applicant section to complete your application form.

Candidates must ensure that they upload their O’Level results to the JAMB portal to ensure their eligibility for admission consideration. You are advised to ensure that you submit your application early to avoid doing so after the application deadline. You already know what happens if you submit your application late.
