The 150 cut-off mark does not cover all the courses offered by this institution. Certain courses require candidates to have a higher cut-off mark for admission. These courses include medicine, pharmacy, law, nursing, etc. If you fall into any of these categories, you are expected to have at least 250 to be eligible for admission.

Candidates must ensure that they choose EKSU as their First Choice of Institution. Those who did not will need to do a change of institution through JAMB to be able to apply for admission.
All candidates must possess a minimum of 5 credits in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations (SSCE/GCE) Ordinary Level, obtained in no more than 2 sittings.
You must ensure that you select the correct Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) subject combination for your chosen course.
Achieve a minimum score of 150 in the recently concluded JAMB UTME examination. Consult the table containing the cut-off marks and confirm your exact cut-off mark.
Ensure they have reached at least 16 years of age by the time of admission.
