UNN JUPEB Admission List 2025/2026

The University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) has released the JUPEB Admission List for the 2025/2026 academic session. This list contains the names of candidates who applied for the Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB) programme and have been provisionally admitted into various undergraduate courses at UNN.

Candidates who successfully applied for the JUPEB programme are advised to carefully check the list to confirm their admission status. Being listed means you have been recommended for provisional admission and can proceed with the next steps to fully secure your place at the university.

This guide will explain how to check the JUPEB admission list, the acceptance fee and payment process, and other important instructions to complete your admission efficiently. Read on for full details.

How to Check the UNN JUPEB Admission List 2025/2026

All candidates who applied for the JUPEB programme can check their admission status by following these steps:-

Ensure that your O’Level results are uploaded on JAMB CAPS using a JAMB-approved CBT centre if you have not done so. Admission cannot be processed until your results are properly uploaded.

UNN Acceptance Fee and Payment Procedure

Once your name appears on the JUPEB admission list, the next step is to pay the acceptance fee to secure your admission. Payment of this fee confirms your intention to join the university, and failure to pay may result in the withdrawal of the admission offer.

The acceptance fee for JUPEB candidates is ₦30,000 only. Here is how to pay your acceptance fee :-

  • Visit the UNN portal: https://unnportal.edu.ng
  • Log in using your JAMB Registration Number.
  • Generate a Payment Invoice (this will include a Remita number).
  • Pay the fee at any commercial bank, including UNN Microfinance Bank.
  • Return to the UNN portal, enter your Confirmation Number and Invoice Number.
  • Print your Admission Slip and complete the Acceptance Form online.
  • Proceed with other fee payments and registration steps as instructed on the UNN portal.

Paying your acceptance fee promptly ensures that your admission remains valid and avoids delays during registration and clearance.

Important Instructions for JUPEB Candidates

  • This admission is provisional. If at any point it is discovered that you do not meet the minimum entry requirements for your course, your admission will be withdrawn.
  • Candidates must ensure that all required documents, including O’Level results and payment receipts, are ready for clearance and registration.
  • Those recommended for a course different from their initial application should follow UNN’s instructions to align their admission with the recommended course.

If you know anyone who applied for the UNN JUPEB programme but has not yet checked their name on the admission list, make sure you share this post with them. This will help them confirm their admission and complete the necessary steps on time.
