Eligibility Requirements For SUMAS Post-UTME Form 2024/2025

The State University of Medical and Applied Sciences (SUMAS), Igbo-Eno, Enugu State is officially accepting applications for its 2024/2025 post-UTME screening. To be eligible for the post-UTME form, candidates are expected to meet the certain criteria.

All candidates who are interested in purchasing the admission form and applying for admission are expected to meet the following requirements:-

All applicants are required to have at least five (5) credits in relevant subjects at the SSCE (WAEC), NECO, or any equivalent exams. For candidates applying for Medicine, these credits must be obtained in one sitting. For all other programs, a maximum of two sittings is allowed.
Applicants must have scored a minimum of 160 in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) to be considered for admission into any program.
It is mandatory for candidates to upload their O’level results (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB) to their JAMB profile via JAMB CAPS (efacility.jamb.gov.ng). If you have not yet uploaded your results, you must visit any JAMB-approved CBT center or JAMB office to do so. Failure to upload your results will result in your application being disregarded.
Candidates who did not choose SUMAS initially but scored 160 or above must first change their first-choice institution to SUMAS on JAMB CAPS before applying.
