Requirements For NDDC Postgraduate Scholarship 2025

- Candidates must come from the Niger Delta region, specifically from the nine oil-producing states: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Imo, Ondo, and Rivers.
- Candidates must have obtained a First Class, Second Class Upper, or Second Class Lower degree from a recognized university.
- Candidates must have gained admission into a postgraduate programme (Master’s or PhD) in any of the approved disciplines at a recognized foreign university.
- Candidates must not be older than 40 years for PhD and 35 years for Master’s programmes.
- Candidates must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
