Lens Polytechnic Post UTME Form 2024/2025

The management of Lens Polytechnic, Offa, has officially opened the portal for admission into its National Diploma (ND) programs for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Interested and qualified candidates are invited to apply. The application form is available online via the admission portal. Before you apply, you are advised to check the admission requirements and ensure you meet them. Once you verify that you meet the admission requirements, you can proceed to apply for any course of your choice.

Who Can Apply For Lens Polytechnic Admission 2024/2025

Before you apply for admission into Lens Polytechnic, make sure you meet the following requirements:-

You must have at least five (5) credit passes in your O’Level results (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB).
These credits must include English Language and Mathematics, and should not be from more than two sittings.
You must have scored at least 120 in your JAMB UTME.
(Note: Some courses may require a higher score.)
When filling your JAMB form, make sure you choose Lens Polytechnic as your First or Second Choice of institution. This will increase your chances of being considered for admission.

How To Apply For Lens Polytechnic Post-UTME Form 2024/2025

All those who have ensured that they meet the admission requirements can apply using the steps below:-

Go to the Lens Polytechnic website and navigate to the “Admission” or “Apply Now” section under the ND programme.
Start your application by registering with your JAMB Registration Number.
For Post-UTME applicants, your JAMB number will serve as your username, while your surname (in lowercase) should be used as your password.
Please carefully fill in your details, academic qualifications, and any other relevant information. You’ll be required to upload the following documents:

Your O’Level result(s)

JAMB UTME result slip

Recent passport photograph

Birth certificate or local government identification

The Post-UTME application fee is about ₦2,000
The total fee for registration and acceptance is approximately ₦15,000
You can make payments online through the portal or via a designated bank
After filling out the form and completing payment, submit your application. Be sure to print out:

Your payment receipt

Post-UTME examination slip

Acknowledgment or confirmation slip

All ND applicants are required to take part in the Post-UTME screening. Don’t forget to bring along your printed examination slip on the scheduled date.
