FUTO Second Batch Admission List 2024/2025

This is to inform candidates who checked their names on the FUTO Merit Admission List 2024/2025 but were not admitted that the Federal University of Technology Owerri second batch admission list is out. The list is available online and is accessible to all candidates who applied for admission.

The 1st and 2nd batch admission list is now out, you can check both lists to see if you have been admitted. How to Check FUTO 2nd Batch Admission List 2024/2025

All candidates can either check their names on the admission list in two simple methods. You can either check via the JAMB portal or the school’s admission portal. The instructions have been provided below:-

Via the JAMB Portal

Check your admission status on the JAMB portal by following the simple steps below:-

  • Visit the JAMB CAPS portal at: https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.
  • Log in using your JAMB profile credentials.
  • Go to the ‘Check Admission Status’ section.
  • Click on ‘Admission Status’ or ‘Access my CAPS’ to view your admission details.
  • If you’re using a mobile device, enable the desktop view by tapping the three-dot menu (⋮) located at the top-right of your screen and selecting ‘Desktop site’.
  • Once the page loads, the ‘Admission Status’ option will appear; click on it. Alternatively, you can select ‘Access my CAPS’ for further admission-related services.

Via FUTO Admissions Portal

If you prefer to check your name on the admission portal, follow the instructions provided below to check your name easily:-

  • Go to portal.futo.edu.ng/login.
  • Select ‘Undergraduate’ from the drop-down menu under ‘Students Type’.
  • Enter your JAMB registration number in the provided field.
  • Click the ‘Confirm Status’ button to view your FUTO admission status.

If you have been admitted, congratulations! If you see “Admission in Progress,” don’t worry, your status may update in a few days or weeks, so be patient and keep checking. If it shows “Not Admitted,” there’s no need to lose hope. Supplementary admission lists are usually released, so check regularly, and you might still receive an offer.

After Confirming Admission Status

Immediately accept your admission to indicate that you are interested in the admission and print your admission slip directly from the portal. Proceed to pay your acceptance fee to secure your admission. The final step is to print your official JAMB admission letter. Make sure to keep your admission later safe as you will be required to provide it soon.
