Federal Polytechnic Ilaro Admission List 2025/2026

The management of the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro has released the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd batch admission lists for the 2025/2026 academic session.

If you applied for admission into the institution, you can now check your admission status both on the JAMB CAPS portal and on the school’s admission portal. Below are the steps you should follow:-

How to Check Federal Polytechnic Ilaro Admission List on JAMB CAPS

Visit the JAMB e-facility portal via https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng.
Log in with your registered email address and password.
Click on “Check Admission Status”.
Select your exam year and enter your JAMB registration number.
Click on “Access my CAPS” to proceed.
On the left-hand menu, click “Admission Status” to see if you have been offered admission.
If admitted, make sure you click “Accept Admission” to confirm your offer (do not click Reject Admission unless you truly want to decline it).

How to Check Federal Polytechnic Ilaro Polytechnic Admission List on the School Portal

Go to the official Federal Polytechnic Ilaro admission portal: https://federalpolyilaro.edu.ng.
Navigate to the admission status section.
Enter your application details (such as your application number or JAMB registration number).
Click Submit to view your admission status.

Important Notice

Candidates who have been offered admission should proceed to pay the acceptance fee promptly through the school portal.
After payment, print your admission letter and complete all other necessary registration steps as directed by the school.
If your status shows “Not Admitted”, keep checking both the JAMB portal and the school’s website regularly, as the list may be released in batches.

Federal Polytechnic Ilaro Acceptance Fee 2025/2026

All candidates who have been offered admission into the ND Full-Time programmes at the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro are required to pay a non-refundable acceptance fee of ₦38,500.00 (Thirty-Eight Thousand, Five Hundred Naira only). This payment confirms that you have accepted the admission offered to you. Follow these steps carefully to make your payment:-

Click on Check Admission Status by using your application number and the RRR number used to obtain the form or screening result.
Click on Generate Invoice / Make Payment of Acceptance Fee.
Print the invoice generated and proceed to any of the designated banks for payment.
After paying the acceptance fee, return to the portal and input the RRR number to print your School Admission Letter and Acceptance Fee Receipt.
Proceed to the College Portal again to generate your School Fees Invoice, then pay at any of the designated banks.
Input the RRR number obtained for the school fees payment to print your School Fees Receipt.
Complete the bio-data form and fill out the Course Registration Forms online.
A matriculation number will be automatically assigned once you pay the school fees.
Upload and fill in all required credentials and information, such as your Certificate of Local Government/State of Origin and Birth Certificate.
Fill in the appropriate courses for the session.
Print a hard copy of the completed course registration form and submit four (4) copies along with other relevant documents (e.g,. SSCE, Certificate of Local Government Origin, Birth Certificate for ND students).
