Anchor University Admission Requirements

To gain admission into Anchor University Lagos (AUL) for the 2025 academic session, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualifications

O’Level Requirements: Obtain a minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects at the Ordinary Level examinations (WAEC, NECO, IGSCE, NABTEB, etc.). Credits in English Language and Mathematics are compulsory for most programs. However, for the Departments of English and Literary Studies, French, and History and International Studies, a credit in Mathematics is not required.

Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)

UTME Score: Achieve a minimum score of 160 in the UTME.
Choice of Institution: Candidates who selected Anchor University as their first or second choice in the UTME are eligible to apply. Those who did not initially choose AUL can apply for a change of institution to make Anchor University their preferred choice.
