AKSU Admission Requirements 2025/2026
The admission requirements for AKSU vary based on the entry method—whether through Direct Entry or UTME. It is important to ensure you meet these requirements before submitting your application:
For UTME Candidates
- All applicants must select AKSU as their first choice institution during the JAMB registration process.
- Candidates must score at least 150 in the JAMB UTME examination to be considered eligible.
- Applicants must possess a minimum of five (5) credit passes in their O’level results, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.
- Your UTME subject combination must align with the specific course you wish to study at AKSU.
- Candidates are required to participate in the AKSU Post-UTME screening and meet the designated cut-off mark for their selected course.
- Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of application.
For Direct Entry Candidates
- Direct Entry requirements include a minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant O’level subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, achieved in not more than two sittings.
- Candidates must possess at least an Upper Credit in their National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or NCE in a related field.
- Those with at least two (2) A-level passes in relevant subjects are also eligible to apply.
- Like UTME applicants, Direct Entry candidates must participate in the AKSU Post-UTME screening exercise to complete the admission process.
