How Much is the ABU Direct Entry Form for 2024/2025?

The Ahmadu Bello University Direct Entry form costs N2,000 (Two Thousand Naira only). This payment is made online through the official ABU portal, and it’s a mandatory fee required for the Post-UTME/Direct Entry screening process.

Ahmadu Bello University Direct Entry Admission Requirements 2024/2025

Must possess a minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant O’Level subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained at not more than two sittings (WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB).

Must have completed one of the following programs:-

National Diploma (ND) with at least a Lower Credit
Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) with at least a Merit
IJMB or A-Level with a minimum of 9 points (depending on the course)
Must have purchased the JAMB Direct Entry (DE) form for 2024 and selected Ahmadu Bello University as their first choice.
Candidates are also required to participate in the ABU Direct Entry screening exercise as scheduled by the university.

How to Apply for Ahmadu Bello University Direct Entry Admission 2024/2025

If you have confirmed that you meet the admission requirements listed above, follow the instructions below to apply successfully:-

Visit the ABU Direct Entry Portal: Go to https://putme.abu.edu.ng
Log in with your JAMB registration number and a valid email address.
Generate a payment invoice and proceed to make the payment of N2,000 either online (via Remita) or at any listed commercial bank.
After payment, return to the portal to complete your application by uploading a recent passport photograph, O’Level results, A’Level/ND/NCE/IJMB results, Birth certificate or age declaration, and Local government identification letter.
Review and submit your application.
Print the confirmation slip for future reference.
