OSPOLY HND Admission Form 2024/2025 Academic Session

Osun Polytechnic, Iree has released the HND admission form for sale online. All those who had completed their National Diploma at OSPOLY or any other accredited polytechnic and want to advance are invited to apply for admission.

The OSPOLY HND Admission Form 2024/2025 can be obtained via the admission portal. If you are interested in the form, you are advised to ensure that you meet the requirements for it before you proceed to apply. Details of this will be provided in this post.

Requirements For Osun State Polytechnic HND Admission Form 2024/2025

If you are planning to apply for the Higher National Diploma (HND) program at Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY) for the 2024/2025 academic session, you must meet the following admission requirements:-

Applicants must have completed a National Diploma (ND) program in a related field from Osun State Polytechnic or any other recognized institution.
The ND certificate must be obtained with a minimum of Lower Credit (CGPA of 2.50 and above).
Candidates with a Pass (CGPA below 2.50) may be considered only if they have at least two years of relevant work experience after their ND program.
Candidates must have at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
The O’Level results must be obtained from WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or GCE in not more than two sittings.
Applicants must have completed a compulsory one-year Industrial Training (IT) after their ND program. Those with a Pass in ND must have at least two years of Industrial Training experience before applying.
Candidates who obtained their ND certificate from another institution (not OSPOLY) must request and submit their academic transcript to the Polytechnic. The transcript must be sent before the admission process is completed.
Applicants who did not initially gain admission through JAMB for their ND program must complete the JAMB regularization process and obtain a valid JAMB registration number.

How to Apply For OSPOLY HND Admission Form 2024/2025

If you are interested in the OSPOLY HND Form, please follow the instructions outlined below carefully to apply for the form successfully:-

Go to the official application portal: www.ospolyportal.com
Click on “Application” to begin the registration process.
Provide your personal information, including your full name, email address, and phone number.
Select your preferred HND program and carefully fill in all required details.
Ensure that all information entered is accurate and matches your credentials.
You may be required to upload scanned copies of:

National Diploma (ND) certificate

O’Level results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or GCE)

Industrial Training (IT) completion letter

Birth certificate

JAMB admission letter (for ND program)

After completing the form and uploading the necessary documents, review your application to ensure all details are correct.
Click “Submit” to finalize your application.
Once submitted, print out your application slip for reference.
This slip will contain important details such as your application number and screening schedule.
The Polytechnic will review applications and announce the date for the screening exercise

The deadline for the submission of all completed application forms are yet to be announced, however, you are advised to apply as soon as possible to avoid complications.
