Eligibility Requirements For POLAC 11th Regular Course 2024/2025

• All candidates must choose POLAC as their first choice of institution when registering for JAMB.
• They must also ensure that they obtain a score higher than 180 to be eligible for admission.
• Candidates must be Nigerian citizens and provide authentic proof of their state of origin.
• Applicants should be aged between 17 and 22 years as of October 31st of the admission year. Candidates outside this age range will not be considered.
• Candidates must have a minimum of five credits in their O’Level results (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB), including English Language and Mathematics, achieved in no more than two sittings. Additionally, three other credits must be in subjects related to the field of study chosen at POLAC.
• Applicants must meet the required height of at least 1.67 meters for males and 1.62 meters for females.
•  Candidates should also be free from physical deformities and be in good mental health.
• Applicants must not have any criminal record, and candidates with tattoos or body inscriptions will be disqualified.

How to Apply For POLAC Post-UTME Form 2024/2025

All qualified candidates should follow these steps to apply for admission smoothly.

• Visit the official POLAC admission portal at https://admission.polac.edu.ng/.
• Click on “Start Application” and provide your National Identity Number (NIN), JAMB registration number, email address, and phone number to generate your RRR code.
• Proceed to any commercial bank in Nigeria to pay the non-refundable application fee of ₦5,500.00. This amount includes ₦2,000.00 for the post-UTME examination.
• Ensure you keep the payment receipt as proof of payment.
• Return to the POLAC admission portal and log in using your RRR code.
• Fill out the application form with accurate personal details, educational background, and contact information.
• Scan and upload the following documents: O’Level results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, etc.), Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age, and Certificate of Origin.
• After completing the form and uploading all necessary documents, submit your application through the portal.
• Print a copy of your application acknowledgment slip for future reference.

Selection Process for the Nigeria Police Academy (POLAC) 11th Regular Course

Once you complete the Computer-Based Test (CBT), the selection process will proceed through several important stages:-

Automated Physical Screening Exercise

Candidates who meet the CBT requirements will be invited to attend an automated physical screening at the academy. During this phase, applicants must present original copies of the following documents:

• Educational qualifications (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, etc.)
• Birth certificate or declaration of age
• Medical fitness evidence from a government-recognized hospital
• Evidence of good character from the village or district head
• Indigene certificate, signed by the Local Government Chairman or Secretary
• Guarantor form signed by a public servant not below GL13, a police officer not below CSP, or an equivalent rank in other paramilitary services

Candidates who successfully pass the physical screening will move on to the automated medical screening at the academy. Afterward, successful candidates will be invited for an automated interview and selection process.

All successful applicants will be notified of their progress via email and SMS. Once selected, training at the Nigeria Police Academy will commence on a date to be announced by the academy.
